Vanessa Mendonça is a senior paralegal at Fulcrum Chambers.
She has a wealth of experience in international corporate investigations into fraud, and bribery and corruption; involving governmental agencies and regulatory bodies including the SFO, DOJ and FCA. She also assists clients in internal investigations, including advising on sanctions breaches, and white-collar defence.
Vanessa has also gained significant cross-border dispute resolution experience, assisting in representing and advising international companies in commercial debt recovery matters.
She joined Fulcrum in 2018 after 2 years at Slater & Gordon Lawyers UK, where she worked as a Paralegal.
